Per-person and private-room pricing
A shared €65 price is per person and must not be presented as a private-room rent. Simple private rooms around €100 support the ordinary room signal; studios around €220–320 are separate. Exclude wanted ads, unknown periods and whole apartments from the room aggregate.
Physical and digital Urban Traffic fares
From July 2026 references, single fare is €0.80 physical or €0.60 digital; day is €1.20 or €1.00; week €6 or €5; monthly €18 or €14.50; annual digital €150. Keep physical and digital products separate and test the actual route.
Scheme-specific deposit rule
Regulation 19/2023 contains a two-month scheme-specific security rule, but it is not a generic private-room ceiling. Qualify every legal number by the actual scheme and contract.
Establish named tenant, co-tenant, subtenant, flatmate, lodger or hostel status; record gender or occupancy rules and written sublet authority.
