Metro and bus fare scope

The current Metro reference is AZN 0.60. Some modern cashless buses have a minimum of AZN 0.60, but not every bus should be assumed to use that fare. Display the operator, payment method and actual route.

Article 688 security rule

The relevant rental-security reference is Civil Code Article 688, which should not exceed two months’ rent and includes bank and interest handling in the cited scope. Recheck the translation and exact application before live publication.

Do not substitute Article 491’s general deposit wording. Establish named tenant, co-tenant, subtenant or flatmate status, and obtain written sublet authority.

Utilities, furnishing and occupancy

Ask whether electricity, gas, water, heating or cooling, Internet, building fees and cleaning are included. Record private bedroom, shared bedroom, bathroom sharing, gender restriction, furniture and minimum stay.
